Berries are harvested in their most appropriate degree of ripeness, so that they could keep their colour and aroma and retain vitamins. All our berries undergo electronic sorting and cleaning. The berries are frozen under the IQF technology so they retain not only their colour, aroma, taste and structure but their wholesome qualities as well.

· Bilberry(Vaccinium Myrtillus)
These blue-black berries are rich in nutrients. Bilberries contain ascorbic acid, retinol, tocopherol, PP and B vitamines as well as microelements: manganese, chromium, zinc, sulfur, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus.
· Cowberries (Vaccinium Vitis Idea)
Cowberries are rich in vitamines A, B, C and E as well as microelements: iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, phosphorus , manganese and copper.
· Cranberries (Oxycoccus)
Cranberries are rich in pectin and they contain enough vitamin C to compete with citrus. Cranberries also contain vitamin E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9, K1 (phylloquinone). These berries are rich in minerals: potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, magnesium, copper, manganese, iron, molybdenum. iodine, zinc.
· Sea Buckthorn (Hippóphaë)
