Our mushroom processing facilities are located close to the areas where forest mushrooms are picked in order to minimize the time between mushroom foraging and freezing.
Mushrooms frozen under the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology retain their taste, fragrance and nutritional value. The mushrooms are sorted, cut and packed in accordance with our customers’ needs.
