Mushrooms in brine
Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius)
We offer mushrooms in brine of Grade 1 and Grade 3. Fresh, cleaned and carefully sorted chantarelles are steam blanched for a short period of time and then brined for not less than 40 days in a cool place.
The mushrooms are supplied in 70 kg plastic barrels (mushroom weight 60 kg)only under stable contracts signed prior to the season beginning.
